As a Technical Writer, you will own internal and customer-facing release communications, ensuring stakeholders know what’s changing and when, well ahead of time. Competitive and transparent pay practices, wellbeing programs and benefits with choice What You Will Do: Cut your chops on software technical documentation but have a fire to be a storyteller Track work across multiple products with dynamic schedules. We have a portfolio of SaaS products that get updates several times a year and we’re working on coordinated, cross-product releases so you’ll have to be able to tie it all together Author product content using MadCap Flare and deliver in-app content and messaging with Pendo Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Pendo, Smartsheet to treasure hunt and mine for information of what you need Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with Product Management, Release Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Training, and Engineering Identify opportunities for improvement and more efficiency. We have great tools, and even greater people, and we’re hopeful you can show us ways to use them even more efficiently to help communicate what’s coming with our products! What You Will Need: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer Excellent English-language skills, both written and verbal Experience with Jira, Confluence and Salesforce. Experience with Pendo and MadCap Flare are a plus Ability to connect the dots and tell our story both to internal teams and to our customers across multiple products Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Strong stakeholder management and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds NAVEX is an equal opportunity employer, including disability/vets.
