What We are Looking For

The ideal candidate for this position must be familiar with Navien and or the tankless and condensing boiler industry. They are experienced at creating, implementing and managing procedures to ensure that the proper inventory is in all warehouse locations. This person must also be skilled in data entry and conducting daily cycle counts. They must also be able to work well in a team environment. This position will assist the warehouse supervisor to ensure a high level of efficiency and accuracy is achieved. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused in high-pressure situations. In addition, the Inventory Control Specialist must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be resourceful and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities:
Receiving, Parts, Units, Logs for all transactions etc.
Reports – Unit backorder report, Unit Stock Report, Daily Shipping Report, Offsite stock report, Monthly shipping ledger, etc.
Inventory – Count sheets, and daily log, troubleshoot, inventory audit
Maintains monthly cycle count results for all storage locations and provide update for the month end audits and reports
Kit conversion & planning
Maintain Material weights in SAP
Tracks picking error and cycle count adjustments and identify root causes and corrective action.
Implements, controls and audits for items requiring PI Control and FIFO procedures.
Supports year end external audit requirements.
Update or create departmental instruction as needed.
Purchase of warehouse goods and packaging materials
Works on flow charts, SOP and documentation when necessary to provide team with high level and detailed understanding of processes.
Receive/process purchase orders, check for errors and create accounting journal for incoming inventory from customers and wholesalers.
Handles and answers incoming department telephone calls, responds and follow up.
Supports rework process
Various support for warehouse
Creation and revision of SOPs and work standards
Performs other similar or related duties as they become necessary or as delegated by warehouse supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
Associates degree in inventory or related field and/or one year inventory analysis and coordination experience.
Advanced Excel skills; pivot tables, macros, formulas.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet searching.
Excellent ten key by touch, and 65 WPM and numerical data entry skills
Strong computer and reporting skills.
Experience in warehouse management and administration.
Effective, extraordinary, advanced customer service and communications skills, ability to prioritize, multi task, have great organizational and verbal and written communications skills.
Interpersonal, ambition, strong work ethics, a willingness to learn and self-motivated.
Excellent listening, telephone skills; positive attitude, friendly, passion to help others.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team based environment, with flexibility and ability to excel.
Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bi-lingual(Korean)
SAP experience preferred.
Factory, distribution or retail experience handling inventory and purchases.
