Our client is a global, custom software design and development organization. Founded in 1994 with a desire to innovate and help their clients’ businesses become the organization's drivers for success. As a result, our client has grown dynamically and expanded operations into the US in 2019. Naviga has been retained to identify a Bilingual (Proficient in English, Ukrainian, or Russian) Administrative Assistant to join their team in Boston.
Title: Administrative Assistant Location: Boston, MA (this is an in-office position)

World-wide offices in the US, UK, Ukraine, Israel, Lithuania and Hungary
Annual Company Retreat 1-2 weeks in Europe. Usually done every May (families are welcome) and a December party in Budapest.
Responsibilities:
Researching and making travel arrangements for top executives, as well as creating detailed itineraries
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Maintain and submit budget reports and expenses
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements:
Administrative Assistance experience
Proficient in English, Ukrainian or Russian
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work on a diverse range of tasks
Critical thinking abilities and decision-making skills
Ability to manage a project from start to finish
Positive attitude with ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Flexible and show initiative when warranted
Ability to be punctual and prepared for meetings
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
