Summary: Navigate360 is the leader in training, tools, and technology for schools to promote, maintain, and improve the health and educational well-being of students in over 35,000 K-12 institutions in the United States. In response to incidents of violence, reduced mental health and the rise of social media, many states and school districts have mandated that schools implement technology to detect and intervene with threats of violence before they are realized. Navigate360 is embarking on an initiative to connect data from many different parts of our product suite with other school technology systems to provide a holistic view of each student to help schools and districts identify and provide support to students with needs across the academic, social and emotional, and behavioral spectrum.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Extract, organize, and analyze relevant data from multiple sources
- Develop KPIs to gauge performance of various facets of the product suite
- Manage these KPIs for a constantly-evolving product suite
- Determine future impact of potential product improvements
- Create clear data visualizations to communicate insights
- Develop compelling reports detailing actionable results and recommendations
- Present insights to internal stakeholders
- Explore new data source integrations to determine viability
- Be the ‘data translator,’ a bridge between the data and colleagues who would value from its insights
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 2 or more years of analytical experience
- Experience using analysis and dashboarding tools such as R, Python, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, and work well with a team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and impeccable attention to detail
- Experience developing custom reports and tailored insights
- Experience summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations
- Expertise in SQL-based query languages and analytical software
- Proven ability to present findings in a captivating way
- Disciplined documentation skills for reproducibility
- Keen data intuition and analytical creativity
- Adaptability to new technologies and situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or related field
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Ability to manage own timeline to ensure project progress from initial request to delivery
- Experience balancing project expectations with complexity and dependencies
- Passion for language and interest in linguistic structures
- Ability to extract linguistic signals and patterns from free-form text
Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Physical Requirements: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
