Position Overview
The Procurement Digital Innovation group is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Procurement IT Business System implementations, enhancements, and issue resolution from start to finish, reporting key milestones to the organization (including senior leadership) and leading cross functional meetings.
The Systems Analyst will provide internal and external support on implemented systems, develop and deliver trainings when necessary, track issues through to resolution and manage delivery of enhancements. The Systems Analyst will ensure that new Procurement IT Business System projects are on time and on budget. They will engage with both internal and external teams to support and facilitate projects as necessary. This role will represent Procurement on various cross functional calls in support of the above.
This role facilitates and manages development timelines and cross functional communication in support of on time launches. This is a highly visible, very challenging and rewarding position in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Quick, in-depth learning of International Procurement business systems and business processes
- Build and manage relationships with end users, cross-functional teams, vendors and management
- Anticipate potential problems, be proactive and manage changes to ensure projects are on time and within budget
- Must be a skilled Problem-solver who follows through on implementation
- Manage tight deadlines in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Interact with vendors and cross functional teams to ensure timing & quality expectations of the program are met
- Provide support for existing systems while managing plans for current and future system implementations
- Open and frequent communication on program status to cross functional and procurement leadership teams
Minimum Requirements
- At least 4 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
OR
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
OR
- Master’s degree

- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
