The Challenge
NaviStone is on a mission! We’re moving fast, doubling the size of our business over the next 2 years. Our growth team is rapidly expanding our footprint and we are hiring a new Client Coordinator who is Customer-Focused, Analytical, and motivated by Problem Solving and Learning. As a Client Coordinator, you will serve as ongoing support for our customers, working in close collaboration with our Client Services team, to ensure ongoing program objectives, timing, and performance are met. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist new customers with the launch of their marketing programs. You will help navigate clients through the onboarding process to maximize customer experience and minimize time to revenue.
 
What You'll Do
  • You will collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure program objectives are met
  • You will own program management for campaign pacing and performance, using data decisioning to recommend adjustments and optimizations
  • You will develop, manage, and communicate schedules for creative assets, data files, and other supporting artifacts in the execution of campaigns
  • You will serve as the project manager, coordinating internal resources for the timely delivery of measurement reporting, issue resolution, and ad hoc research
  • You will diplomatically articulate system and capability limitations and offer solutions to address customer requests
  • You will work directly with our client's internal teams to coordinate onboarding activities- timely delivery of client activities such as tagging, receipt of data files, and delivery of digital assets to ensure on-time launches
 
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • You have 2 years of experience supporting Account Management and Client Services functions
  • You are ideally familiar with the multi-channel marketing industry (digital and print)
  • You can work cross-functionally, supporting internal and external partners and clients
  • You have proven project management skills and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana
  • You have exceptional problem-solving skills, you are solution-oriented, and you have the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • You are highly organized, capable of managing detailed tasks to meet multiple overlapping deadlines
Location: Cincinnati, OH in Over-the-Rhine
Hybrid role, in office 2 days per week
