The Coordinator, Medicare Part D will provide administrative, technical, and process support for various Medicare Part D functions. Various operational processes are assigned to the Coordinator including member material production and support, gathering and distributing data from various data sources for other departmental processes, assisting with the creation of quarterly Medicare Part D Star Ratings and Display Measure reports for clients, weekly HPMS memo report production, and other operational processes. The Coordinator ensures that the appropriate processes, procedures, and software are in place to meet these requirements. The Coordinator will also lead various small projects focused on enhancements to the overall Medicare Part D product domain.

How do I make an impact on my team?
- Primary resource for accessing Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) third party portal. Facilitates data sharing within the team and with other Navitus teams. Downloads key data files and uploads data files while meeting CMS deadlines.
- Provides support for the weekly HPMS memos process.
- Maintains database of CMS Star Ratings data. Provides requested data to Sales when requested. Primary resource for collecting data and generating quarterly Star Rating and Display Measure reporting for all Navitus Part D health plan clients.
- Provides support for the annual member material process. Performs editing and quality assurance on beneficiary materials produced to ensure accuracy and compliance with CMS regulations and client requirements. Incorporates external data into materials as needed.
- Develops and maintains subject matter expertise related to Medicare Advantage and Part D Communications & Marketing Guidelines and general Medicare Part D topics as it relates to the content in the annual beneficiary materials.
- Provides support for monthly compliance performance metric reporting.
- Documents and triages non-compliance notifications to compliance staff.
- Provides support for monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Develops and maintains work instructions. Provides support for development and maintenance of policy & procedures.
- Maintains open lines of communication and collaborates with other functional areas/departments.
What our team expects from you?
- An associate degree, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three years of experience is required, preferably in a healthcare-related field
- 3 years of Microsoft Office experience, Microsoft SharePoint experience is a plus. Experience and expertise in technical writing and operational support in a health care or related environment is essential. Experience and expertise in government program compliance is desired.
