Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying techniques and principles of electronics and equipment for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications; identifying and correcting deficiencies; performing installation, maintenance, operation, and/or testing duties.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Duties
- You will manage and perform work by applying knowledge of the capabilities, limitations, operations, design, characteristics and functional use of a variety of types and models of electronic equipment and systems.
- You will apply knowledge of electronic theory, circuit design, and the operating characteristics of more familiar equipment to develop, test, or perform other technical work on electronic equipment.
- You will provide technical and programmatic advice, guidance and recommendations to management and stakeholders on critical issues.
- You will develop maintenance standards and procedures.
