Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive leadership team who is tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CRO, and work closely with them to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
Responsibilities

- Manage the CEO’s and CRO's calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist the CEO and CRO in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office Tools.
- Manage correspondence, prioritize and respond to emails, and draft correspondence as needed.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO and CRO.
- Conduct research and gather data to support the CEO’s projects and initiatives.
- Handle confidential information and maintain utmost confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage expenses and reimbursements using Concur.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain utmost confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
