WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
As Home Care Office Coordinator you will be the first point of contact answering calls and explaining the services. You will initiate the hiring process for caregivers including interviews, background screening, testing and reference validations. You will orients caregivers and maintain employee files. You will enter and maintain employee payroll, client billing and related accounting data. You will also visit prospective clients. You will match caregiver qualifications with client needs and schedule shifts. You will supervise caregivers and complete performance appraisals at specified intervals.
THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: two years office and scheduling experience. Experience in service delivery or knowledge of the healthcare industry
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team
Communication Skills: Effective communication with staff members, and family members
