What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Call Housekeeper position at Nazareth Inc.?
Description: Scheduled cleaning of resident/guest rooms, rest rooms, community rooms, conference rooms, offices, and any other assigned areas. All work must be performed following CSJ Nazareth/Department standards and procedures.
Essential Functions: Perform all housekeeping services related tasks demonstrating service orientation to fellow employees, Sisters of St. Joseph, residents, customers and guests. Demonstrates proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Skills and Abilities: Competent and effective verbal and written skills. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to work as a team or independently, as necessary. Excellent and verifiable attendance and punctuality record.
Physical Activity Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds with assistance. Ability to bend, stand, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.
Availability: We are seeking an On-Call individual who would be available as needed during the week and 1-2 weekends per month.
