Project Coordinator

Are you an eager self-starter that loves systems and improving efficiency? Do you have excellent communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis? Are you skilled at using up-to-date technology to drive processes and systems in a fun fast-paced office environment?

As a Project Coordinator, you will be front and center of office and business operations, providing administrative support services and maintaining office systems, procedures, and policies. You’ll ensure that the daily office operations function smoothly and that the highest quality customer service is delivered. And most importantly with all team members at Rainbow Restoration, you’ll help people when they need it most!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with adjusters, customers, and colleagues

• Serve as main liaison between customer phone calls and other business correspondence

• Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Build incoming jobs in operation systems timely with accurate information for dispatch services

• Assist in scheduling services for operations

• Notify customers of service call status, the scope of work, necessary paperwork, and track quality assurance throughout the job itself.

• Establish and maintain an effective schedule to ensure services are provided in a timely manner.

• Track supply depletion in office to secure all materials are readily available

• Have a clear understanding and maintain job documentation to guarantee accurate and complete files and electronic notes

• Perform other duties as needed including field work during larger losses

• Ability to multi-task and operate in multiple systems simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work on a team and independently

• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty

• Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
