What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapeutic Support Staff position at NBN Group?
New Behavioral Network-Delaware is looking for Therapeutic support staff (TSS) to assist children in meeting their mental health goals established by their therapists. You will work in the community to support the recommendations by the therapists, and assist the children in acquiring those social skills and coping skills necessary to achieve those goals. You will be a part of a team that will work together to this end. Orientation to the program is given, supervision is provided and you will become a part of a dynamic team of professionals. If you have a bachelors degree in social work, human services or psychology, this is the job for you! Experience with children is helpful.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field
- Must have minimum 1 year experience with children with behaviors
- Current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record as defined by agency policy, automobile insurance and a vehicle for client transport
