Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, analyzing, and managing our organization's enterprise budget and strategic planning. This position requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management for multiple business units
- Conduct regular budget variance analysis and report findings to management
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Cash planning and maintenance cash forecasting reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other finance team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Provide training and support to budget holders on financial processes and systems
- Own the Capital Expenditure process, maintaining project budgets and records
Qualifications/Skills/Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- MBA preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated system
- Excellent problem solving/judgment skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Office
- Excellent time management skills with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Professional, flexible, ability to work independently and be a positive team player
- Desire to learn multiple ERP and reporting systems
- Skilled at explaining complex financial concepts to non-finance professionals
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
