We are currently looking to expand our talent pool with highly motivated, compassionate Job Coach, in PASO ROBLES!
Job Coaches - Summary:
A Job Coach provides support and training to Individuals’ served, to overcome employment barriers to ensure success. Teaching relevant skills, identifying strengths and weaknesses. Enhancing performance by providing, encouragement and constructive feedback.
- The Job Coach is also responsible for providing safe and effective guidance to meet and exceed the expectation of the contract. This position has no supervisory duties.

Central Coast
NCI provides the opportunity to work in multiple locations. We are located in Paso Robles and go as far North as Salinas and Monterey Area.

Education / Experience:
A high school education or equivalent is required. Previous experience working with developmentally disabled adults preferred.
Qualifying Specifications:
Must have own vehicle, maintain a current California driver’s license and provide on-going proof of current state required auto insurance. Must have an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the Agency’s insurance carrier. Must clear fingerprints through the California Department of Justice and FBI. The ability to successfully complete First Aid / CPR training is mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
Essential functions of this position require that employees regularly sit, stand, bend, twist and walk. Employees may occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
