Description
Job Summary: The IT Business Analyst works closely with multiple departments to understand business needs, making recommendations for process improvements and streamlining NCS Credit resources. The position works collaboratively with other team members throughout the change management process to ensure quality results for all stakeholders.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Discover, organize, and clarify business and technical needs
- Develop system scope and requirement documents
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Design, develop, and execute test scripts
- Identify, record, track, and thoroughly document system errors
- Communicate, translate, and simplify business processes
- Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve goals
- Use data analytics to assess current processes and make recommendations for change
- Communicate changes to stakeholders
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to document system processes
- Assist change management plans and change process
- Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the testing team
- Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
- Other duties as required

Education, experience, certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role using data analytics and change management practices

- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

- Near visual acuity
- Ability to present information clearly and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with management, clients, and other staff members

Salary : $68,930 - $80,000
