Communications Manager – Digital Productions and Social Media
Seeking a Communications Manager to lead the department’s digital production efforts, as well as oversee department efforts related to social media.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Leading and overseeing all aspects of digital productions for the department, including vision and goals
- Leading and overseeing all aspects of video production including videography, video animations and video editing
- Leading and overseeing all aspects of photography for the department, including photo shoots, photo editing, stock photography, and a photo library
- Overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of social media for the Transportation Department and for Department campaigns
- Developing work plans and budgets
- Preparing and delivering oral presentations
- Serving as a Transportation Department representative
- Supervising staff
This position requires at least five years of work-related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communication, journalism, marketing, political science, public administration or a related field.
