About the Director, Imaging Services Position:

• In this role, you will provide the visionary and strategic direction of the Imaging Department that performs cases for a variety of patients, develop short and long term goals and objectives for the department, manage, mentor, advocate and support the team, evaluate and recommend new equipment or equipment modifications, manage the department’s capital, operational and personnel budgets, establish, revise and communicate policies and procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies and standards, and manage vendor relationships
• Very well-supported by a team of 60 FTE’s
• Reports to a transformational, supportive Administrator

Requirements for Director, Imaging Services:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3-5 years Medical Imaging/Radiology management experience
• Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) preferred
• Collaborative team builder who is able to work well across all levels
• INSPIRATIONAL and confident leader that others gravitate toward and want to follow
