```Responsibilities```
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate their mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Conduct clinical research studies to contribute to the field of psychology
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Offer crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute mental health issues
- Provide specialized care for individuals with developmental disabilities or special education needs
- Assist children and adolescents in managing emotional and behavioral challenges

```Qualifications```
- Hold a valid license as a Psychologist
- Completed post-residency training in a specialized area of psychology (e.g., child psychology, clinical psychology)
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special education needs
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and clinical research methodologies
- Knowledgeable in crisis management and intervention strategies
- Skilled in providing psychotherapy services to individuals of all ages
- Familiarity with PTSD care and treatment approaches
