What you'll do:
- Climb ladders to roof tops, work outdoors.
- Installing Commercial HVAC equipment to include roof tops, split systems, ductless mini, controls.
- Duct installation
- Soldering, Welding, Pipe Fitting
- All other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements:
- Lead Mechanic Experience
- EPA Certification
- Experienced with Boilers and Chillers, Controls, Low Voltage Wiring, Low Voltage Wiring and Vav Boxes
- All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks
- All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid driver's license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.
