CSR - Customer Service Representative
Core Qualifications:

Job duties to include:
- Create order tie sheets for trucks that are scheduled on the following day.
- This will include verifying and updating the customer service program with loading orders that are provided by brokers. * Enter customer orders in a timely fashion and follow up with sales reps when necessary
- This would include clarification of any discrepancies on order. * Answer phones in a professional and timely manner
- Complete dock appointments when necessary
- Check in drivers upon driver arrival. Check driver load number matches a scheduled appointment. Collect and review driver’s documents for accuracy.
- Communicate with dock staff for available door/dock staff. Route driver to appropriate door.
- Review on screen data against order information for discrepancies. Resolve discrepancies or bring to attention of Office Manager for further action
- Complete information on bill of lading documents.
- Review and correct any discrepancies between bill of lading documents and warehouse system.
- Correct documents with accurate information.
- Review notes for any special document handling requirements (ex., special labeling, COA requests, e-mail, etc.).
- Print copies of bills of lading, present correct copies to drivers for signatures in an organized manner.
- Scan documents to be sent to customers when complete.
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Export documents
- Basic Accounting functions
- Experience with Transportation guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
