What are the responsibilities and job description for the Editorial Internship position at Necessary Behavior?
In this position, you will be expected to share your knowledge of writing, editing, and sharing your knowledge with everyone in and out of our network. While unpaid, college credit can be awarded if enrolled in university/college.
Editorial interns are expected to create and edit weekly articles related to current events and the impact they have on society. Each piece will go through a peer review process, where two people from the department will look over the articles and provide feedback. Communicating with other team members along with collaborating with other social-justice-focused brands and businesses is important to NB.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficient Google Drive skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- 2-10 hours a week
