Food Service Worker

Job Responsibilities:
Position requires a dependable person capable of accepting responsibility and following through on assignments. The successful candidates must be personable and committed to exceptional guest service and satisfaction through pleasant and professional guest interactions as well as demonstrate good judgment and common knowledge.

Runs the operation as a friendly host and cashier, while also contributing to help with food prep, organizational efforts, and an overall team player

Exercise good public and customer relations skills at all times. Take initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.

Complies with all portion sizes, recipes, and all systems and procedures.

Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.

Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the Deli workstation including all tables, utensils, equipment, floors, windows, etc.

Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure ingredients are always fresh and sufficient.

Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.

Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with the company uniform dress code.

Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.

Performs other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:
Requires grasping, lifting, bending, squatting, and physical labor, standing, sitting, walking, and reaching over head, repetitive motions, writing, listening ability, visual acuity, and good speaking skills. Must be able to physically lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 lbs. consistently without assistance. Candidates must be able to tolerate cleaning and other chemicals daily.

The requirement to treat others with courtesy, dignity and respect in the workplace at all times to maintain a positive guest and associate environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Food & Beverage: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
