Assistant Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our organization. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure efficient and effective management of daily activities. Responsibilities: - Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and task delegation - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive customer experience - Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of products - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with the Manager to implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
