Job Summary
Neighborhood House’s housing stability programs encourage multi-generational approaches to housing stability and economic opportunity. We provide resources for people to stay in their homes and support families experiencing homelessness to secure stable housing.
The Keep King County Housed (KKCH) Lead Rental Assistance Specialist reports to the Housing Stability Manager. They assist community members who are at risk or may become at risk for eviction from being unable to pay rent owed. The Lead Rental Assistance Specialist will provide rental assistance to eligible tenants in King County with a decreased caseload, working closely with a Rental Assistance Specialist (RAS), to train, ensure complete application of submitted cases from RAS , sending out Payment agreement forms to landlords for United Way to review and process payment.

Pay: $26.75 - $29.72 per hour
