We’re hiring for a Maintenance Technician located in Keizer, Oregon.

As a Service Technician you will work closely with the Community Manager. You serve a very important role as being a primary contact for residents in resolving maintenance work orders.
Your day-to-day will involve a variety of tasks which may include:
· Providing the best resident experience possible by maintaining positive relationships with residents.
· Following all local, state, and federal laws and in accordance with performance standards (Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant Laws, OSHA, etc.).
· Assisting with the apartment “make ready” process (maintenance repairs, painting, and coordinating with vendors).
· Fulfilling work orders (appliance repair, light plumping, carpentry, light electrical, HVAC).
· Assisting the Community Manager in ensuring the community grounds and amenities are maintained to Neighborly Ventures standards.
· Coordinating with the Community Manager to order supplies in accordance with annual budget.
· Attending safety meetings regularly.
· Maintaining a professional appearance by wearing company provided apparel.
· Being on call for emergencies after business hours and on weekends, on a rotating basis with other service team members.
· Advancing personal growth and professional development.

Business Hours: Monday-Saturday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Based on location hours are subject to change. This position may require supporting the Service Manager with emergency after hours maintenance requests, which may include nights and weekends.
Compensation: $17.00-21.00/ HR
