POSITION SUMMARY

Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities in a fast paced, professional atmosphere. Employee is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources, helping to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency.

Employee will be required to take a drug test (this includes marijuana) and background check.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

·Role #1 – Direct support to Management, and by extension support to all

  • a) Ensure Management’s prioritization of efforts for advancement of Vision and strategic plan.
  • b) Ensure Management responds timely to correspondence.
  • c) Assist Management in tracking commitments and ensuring commitments are fulfilled in the time and manner committed.
  • d) Ensure effective and efficient time use in staff and executive meetings.
  • e) Ensure smooth operation of executive's day by performing personal tasks as needed.
  • f) Ensure Managements preparedness for Self-Accountability Meetings (“SAM’s”).
  • g) Understand individual team members’ needs to help Management be helpful to direct reports.
  • h) Evaluate the purpose of all meetings & make recommendations/suggestions (ensure every meeting has a leader and objective).
  • i) Have working knowledge of Managements Role's and Objectives and use that knowledge to assist in maintaining focus on their roles and objectives.
  • j) Facilitate the outward mindset environment for all. Learn it, practice, and help others learn and continue.

Role #2 – Manage Office Systems/Budget

  • a) Ensure all bills and financial obligations related to Neighborly Ventures facilities and overhead are timely paid.
  • b) Ensure Neighborly Ventures physical facilities are maintained, organized, and repaired;
  • maintain a positive relationship with all vendors.
  • c) Ensure all Neighborly Ventures teams have resources needed to complete their work in an efficient and effective manner.
  • d) Ensure Neighborly Ventures hard storage & soft storage are organized, minimized.
  • e) Ensure client/partner gifting (Christmas/special events).

Role #3 – Oversee Reception

  • a) Ensure policies and procedures for reception are established and followed, as applicable.
  • b) Fill reception role when possible.
  • c) Ensure the reception role is covered when you are unable to do so personally.

Role #4- Professional Development

  • Enhance study and practice of outward mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
