Direct all EANS & ESSA education services for FACTS Education Solutions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Strategic Leadership a. Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Educational Services Group. b. Set clear objectives and performance metrics. c. Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges. 2. Associate Management a. Lead, mentor, and manage associates and leaders in Educator, Academic, and Coaching Services. b. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment. c. Provide motivation, appropriate coaching, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities for Educational Services associates. 3. Service Development & Enhancement a. Collaborate with FACTS Ed and FACTS leadership to design, develop, and enhance educational services that support instructional improvement and growth in student learning. b. Ensure that services align with the latest pedagogical trends and technological advancements. c. Gather feedback from educators, LEAs, and other education-based professionals to drive continuous improvement. d. Use data analytics to inform strategic decisions about service offerings, resource allocation, and plans for expansion and/or diversification of services. 4. School/LEA Engagement a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, schools, and LEAs. b. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to address their challenges. c. Oversee the design and delivery of training programs for educators and administrators. d. Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address concerns. 5. Assessment & Quality Assurance a. Implement quality assurance processes. b. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of services, using appropriate/applicable metrics for the education services industry. c. Publish annual reports, including comprehensive evaluations/assessments of education services, paying primary attention to the impact on student learning and resource management. d. Utilize assessment data to drive improvements in program quality and effectiveness. e. Address issues and implement corrective actions as needed. 6. Operational Efficiencies a. Identify opportunities for streamlining operations and improving processes to ensure 80 percent minimum capitalization of service opportunities. b. Work collaboratively with FACTS Ed and NBS leadership for effective and efficient implementation of the Educational Services Program. c. Develop standardized templates and materials that are easily customizable to ensure the services meet the existing needs of students and educators. d. Collaborate with FACTS, NBS, or Nelnet divisions to share resources and platforms that lead to efficiency, without compromising the effectiveness of services. EDUCATION: Master's or Ph.D. in Education, Education Administration, or a related field (Doctoral Degree is preferred). EXPERIENCE: 1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in academic administration, with a proven record of accomplishment in leadership and successful program management. COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES: 1. In-depth knowledge of K12 education practices, pedagogies, and curricula, and best practices in private and faith-based education. 2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong data analysis and results-oriented mindset. 4. Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals. 5. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., student information systems, learning management systems).
