Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: Sonoma

Compensation: $24-$27 an hour

Job Summary:

Established ingredient supplier located in Sonoma is looking for a full time Accounting Specialist to join their company. Primary focus will be accounts receivable with some focus on accounts payable. Work environment is casual with focus on productivity and strong time management skills. This is a full time in office job, Monday to Friday. Our client offers competitive benefits to full time employees.

Job Title Responsibilities:

· Manage credit and collections, cash application, account reconciliation and billing

· Resolve invoice or payment discrepancies and documentation

· Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions

· Fill in for billing department, to include inventory allocations, preparation of bills of lading and other documentation

Job Title Requirements:

· Minimum 2-4 years accounts receivable/payable experience

· Experience and skill with A/R collections is required

· Ability to clear background check

· Positive attitude and motivated self-starter
