Job Summary:

Established company looking for a Controller to join their team. This role is responsible for financial strategies, implementing internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans.

Job Title Responsibilities:
* Help to improve all general accounting functions, AP, AR, GL and closing process.
* Drive cash management, cash reporting, and cash projections.
* Prepare budgets and strategic planning and financial projections.
* Drive inventor and cost accounting analysis.
* Streamline accounting functions and operations.
* Management reporting, bank reporting, GAAP reporting, and covenant calculations.
* Work with international partners and local reams on all audits.
* Support external tax preparers to meet requirements for tax filings.
* Other duties as needed.

Job Title Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar field.
* 10 years of accounting experience.
* 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
* Manufacturing experience is required.
* Inventory, GAAP, and cost accounting experience required.
* ERP system experience is required.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
