What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web Portal Analyst position at Nemours?
This position is responsible for providing support to end users on a variety of issues needing access to external websites. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Answer and manage high volume of requests from end users within the established departmental time frames. Documents, tracks, and monitors the issues to ensure a timely resolution.
- Responds to user requests/incidents received and provides first level support for both remote and local customers regarding external websites. Triaging and routing to next level of support where appropriate.
- Monitors the MyTech Insurance Web Portal ticket queue and provides follow up in order to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to user requests\\incidents.
- Administers users accounts.
- Prepares, follows, and maintains documented procedures utilizing appropriate tools.
- Assists end-users by providing support after hours or as needed.
- Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by employee's supervisor.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum six (6) months experience required.
