Community Outreach Trainee Responsibilities : Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Identify and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers. Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and purchase history to offer personalized recommendations.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, actively participating in sales initiatives and promotions.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales.
Process sales orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and contribute to sales strategies.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Community Outreach Trainee Requirements : Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, demonstrating strong performance in both areas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence customer buying decisions.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to drive sales conversions and upsell opportunities.
