Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. This is a seasonal role expected to operate from May to October. The Bartender reports to the Territory Manager.

Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
- Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Any other duties as assigned by Neon Marketplace and the direct Manager.

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in math for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible work schedule that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the fluctuating business demands.

- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs occasionally. Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally kneel, stoop, bend and twist in tight areas.
