What are the responsibilities and job description for the Creative Director position at NEP Group?
We are looking for a Creative Director with broad creative and branding experience who will help us set the creative visual strategy, direction and implementation of NEP's story and brand across our commercial software products (B2B), internal employee initiatives, and global sales & marketing content. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart – a creative who’s excited by cutting-edge media technology in a fast-paced global environment, and one who will keep our clients and employees top-of-mind. Our Creative Director will lead a small team to develop and implement a consistent, impactful design approach and style guide for the user interface of NEP’s client software products and platforms, and for all of NEP’s global graphic design, video, and photography projects.
What you will do:
Partner closely with internal groups to understand our business goals and client needs to craft a creative strategy that delivers results and makes the NEP brand easy to remember and easy to choose.

Provide creative oversight, guidance and direction for the creative strategies, interpretations, and manifestations of the NEP brand across our graphics, sales collateral, videos, animation, trade show exhibits, presentations, email campaigns, company intranet content, and web content (landing pages, webinars, etc.). Must be willing to roll up sleeves to help in creating content when needed.

Collaborate with the User Experience & User Interface design teams to ensure that all Product software applications are brand consistent, and that the software ‘feels’ like an NEP property, regardless of device (desktop, mobile, tablet).

Develop and manage the creative multi-channel plans and schedules in collaboration with the marketing teams.
- Consistently evaluate the industry and beyond to ensure the delivery of leading-edge, relevant and impactful brand elements and creative approaches.
- Research and cultivate a deep understanding of our industry, competitors, client segments, client personas, and employees and ensure that our creative content is targeted and speaks to our intended audience.
Requirements

5 – 10 years of strategic and B2B creative experience, preferably with software products

Creative leader with supervisory experience

Proven experience leading the creative vision for digital environments (web, software UI/UX, apps), as well as in other formats such as video, sales collateral, and presentations

Proven experience creating effective concepts for display ads and social (content) campaigns using film, animation and imagery

A gift for creative storytelling and adapting the creative vision for a variety of channels and audiences

The ability to understand complex workflows and technical concepts and simplify them in a way that inspires the audience

Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams to direct creative vision
- Understanding of the broadcast and/or live event industries preferred, but not required
