Precision Orthodontics in Auburn, CA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will play a central part in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients and their family members. You will be the initial point of contact and a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, guaranteeing a seamless and enjoyable visit for all who step into our office.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere by warmly greeting patients and their families, establishing positive connections, and promoting the practice's reputation.
- Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a hassle-free experience for patients.
- Professionally and courteously manage incoming calls, offering information and assistance as needed.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for patients, offering guidance and support when required.
- Efficiently handle patient appointments to ensure prompt service, meeting their needs effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office, creating a professional and inviting environment for all visitors.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, responding to inquiries and requests with patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to helping.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of patient requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to create a positive and empathetic atmosphere where patients feel valued, respected, and secure.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment where working under pressure was a regular part of the job is a plus.
- Proven capacity to remain calm and focused during high-stress situations, ensuring consistent productivity and quality of work.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment, effectively managing competing demands and maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and efficiently handling multiple responsibilities in a busy office setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and superiors, even in high-pressure scenarios.

This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
