Project Coordinator

Pay: Salary $36,000 Plus Bonuses

Hours: M-F 7am-4pm

Job Description:

Are you a master of organization and communication? Nerd Power is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind project organization and planning, collaborating closely with our sales operations team to ensure seamless execution from procurement to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from contract approval to commissioning, providing regular updates to the Director of Project Operations.
  • Schedule services, coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors, and organize team members to ensure projects are completed on time and with excellence.
  • Monitor progress of new projects, ensuring all departments meet their assigned tasks within specified timelines.
  • Review project scopes to identify requirements and maintain communication with clients according to Nerd standards.
  • Strategically schedule services and installations to meet team objectives.
  • Familiarize yourself with project and Nerd terminology, facilitating effective interdepartmental communication.
  • Address potential complications with creative solutions and manage project correspondence during daily team meetings.
  • Respond efficiently to emails and tasks while serving as a professional liaison to customers and company representatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the solar industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Proficient time management and solid work ethic.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult circumstances with poise and urgency.
  • Positive outlook with a determination to overcome challenges.

Position 2: Customer Support Specialist

Compensation: $18 per hour
