- Lead projects from contract approval to commissioning, providing regular updates to the Director of Project Operations.
- Schedule services, coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors, and organize team members to ensure projects are completed on time and with excellence.
- Monitor progress of new projects, ensuring all departments meet their assigned tasks within specified timelines.
- Review project scopes to identify requirements and maintain communication with clients according to Nerd standards.
- Strategically schedule services and installations to meet team objectives.
- Familiarize yourself with project and Nerd terminology, facilitating effective interdepartmental communication.
- Address potential complications with creative solutions and manage project correspondence during daily team meetings.
- Respond efficiently to emails and tasks while serving as a professional liaison to customers and company representatives.
- Experience in the solar industry preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
