Field Estimator
Description :
Develops estimates based off provided NORMS inside the Ineight program capturing all materials, subcontractors, and labor for all crafts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and submit estimates in a step by step method using the NORMS reviewed and approved by SME leads for Civil, Structural, Piping, and Mechanical.
- Track estimate requests and due dates, and ensure we are meeting delivery deadlines.
- Set up estimate review meetings with key stakeholders prior to submittal to client.
- Attend and review your estimate with stakeholders and answer any questions pertaining to the estimates.
- Enter your estimate log into Touchplan per department.
Skills and Capabilities :
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Deadline driven.
- Ability to respond to changes in priorities while still meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Employ problem-solving skills and analysis,
- Ability to report roadblocks to the Site Project Controls Manager and Site Manager as needed.
