Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and delivering the top line (revenue) and establish pricing for NES products and services to assure profitability targets are met or exceeded (bottom line)
- Develop a business development strategy that included sales forecasting
- Participate in the development/execution of the Environmental Services marketing and new business plans
- Prepare, review, and submit proposals/bid work
- Engage in efforts to drive innovative solutions with unquestionable value in the marketplace through research and understanding, to become a trusted partner and leader for industries, clients, and peers
- Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams
- Generate leads using various tools such as internal databases, networking at industry associations, existing connections, social media, etc.
- Ability to secure meetings with top level decision makers
- Communicate intelligently about environmental, health and safety services, without being an expert in them
- Research new business opportunities, seeking out RFPs, and networking
- Oversee and manage database
Education and Experience
- Experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety field is required
- 10 years’ experience with proven success in environmental, safety, leadership in sales & marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required, Master's degree preferred
- Salesforce Experience is a PLUS!

Wage: $122,000 to $197,000
