Designer/Drafter - Electrical and/or Mechanical - Winslow Maine- 1st shift

ONSITE WORK

This is a Designer/Drafter position working with the development of Mechanical and/or Electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&ID’s, panel layouts, control enclosures, etc.

Pay Rate Based off of experience- Contract to Hire/Contract Long Term
  • Experience preferred including working knowledge of tools and parts necessary for specific projects
  • Knowledge of uses of Auto CAD commands and how to perform tasks - Auto CAD 2007
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of electricity
  • Experience in building, panel, skid construction.
  • Knowledge of Electrical drafting is a plus.
  • Drawing of mechanical layouts to include Buildings, Panels, Skids, etc., using Standard Structural and Welding symbols, on specific projects.
  • Drawing of electrical layouts to include Buildings, Panels, lighting, power, using various customer standard symbols on specific projects.
  • Familiarity with practices and procedures pertaining to technical matters to include Construction, Manufacturing, Substation Design, and Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
