Payroll Administrator

Nesco Resource is hiring for a Payroll Administrator for a manufacturing facility in Spartanburg, SC.  This individual will be responsible for all payrolls, payroll tax returns, tax payments, payroll reports, and other duties as assigned. Apply today to be considered!

Duties:
Completion of bi-weekly payrolls
Edit Time and Attendance files for hourly payroll
Run UKG reports for both hourly and salaried payrolls
Prepare direct deposit files for the bank for all payrolls
Submit tax witholding payments
Prepare positive pay file for the bank
Balance and reconcile all payroll figures on a quarterly and annual basis
Other assigned duties as needed

Requirements:
High School Diploma
3 Years Payroll Experience
Excellent computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude
Experience in Accounts Payable is a plus

 Pay:
     $46,000/year, plus competitive benefits

Schedule:
      Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
