Receptionist- Temp Position

Nesco is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in staffing positions in Laurens Area. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals
• Provide general information and assistance to visitors, clients, and staff
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
