Bilingual Admin Clerk I (CSR)
Direct Hire Position
$18.00 / hour
Monday- Friday
8 : 00am 5 : 00pm
Tempe, AZ 85282
Summary : Under direct supervision, process incoming orders from sales force, customers, and affiliates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Download and process orders into the system.
- Manually enter orders if necessary.
- Review and correct order files.
- Notify customers or sales reps of out-of-stock items.
- Provide necessary documentation to customers.
- Handle daily invoicing and credit memos.
- Assist with credit and collections.
- Research inquiries from customers, sales reps, and affiliates.
- Provide backup support as needed.
- Ensure respectful treatment of all customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 months related experience or training.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Basic mathematical skills.

- Ability to stand, walk, reach
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to work in a moderately noisy environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts.
