Local, long-standing and well-reputed company in the entertainment industry is seeking two Accounts Payable Clerks to join their team! Our client offers great benefits, career growth opportunities, and a fun and unique work environment.

This is a direct hire, permanent placement opportunity! Full benefit package, including additional perks such as product discounts, and flexible work schedule are offered!

This is a fully onsite position in Saratoga. Pay rate is $21.63 / hr. - $24.04 / hr., depending upon level of experience.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for performing standard A / P functions for the department, such as :

  • Entry of daily vouchers.
  • Month-end reconciliation of various general ledger accounts.
  • Tracking sales tax for vendors.
  • Additional accounting duties as assigned.
  • Offering outstanding customer relations.

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • Previous accounting experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Knowledge MS Excel or Office
