Responsibilities :
- Be front-and-center in ensuring a positive customer experience as it relates to our company, our products, and our services
- Communicate directly with customers, sales reps, and distributors via telephone, electronically, or face to face
- Responsible for the sale and maintenance of new and existing service contracts
- Responsible for all service contracts and extended warranty revenue with quarterly deadlines and deliverables
- Actively cold call customers to expand the Preventative Maintenance funnel
- Recommend changes in services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Maintain and track all field service activities. Keep current by updating the database regularly
- Listen and respond promptly to customer concerns
- Manage field service scheduling,and coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales and service efforts
- Transact orders for replacement parts and consumables
- Manage return of customer and loaner analyzers and parts
- Manage field service inventory levels

- Comfortable in dealing with customers and sales and service personnel from across the world
- Organized, detail oriented and motivated by learning
Required Skills/Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and cooperate well within a team .
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Fast learner
- Previous experience working in a technical environment
