Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for assigned client accounts for HVAC service work at sites across the country.
- Develop and present HVAC proposals/quotes, working with various contractors and obtaining competitive pricing on parts and materials.
- Engage with clients daily to understand project needs and address questions throughout the day.
- Follow up on submitted HVAC proposals/quotes already submitted to client for approval.
- Prepare reports for presentation to clients and senior management.
- Process client service requests and dispatch to contractors, as necessary.
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC proposal/quote preparation
- Knowledge of HVAC unit parts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
