Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 / year

Hours : 8am - 5pm

Fully Onsite Role!

What you need to apply :

  • Associates Degree Required, Bachelors Degree preferred Degrees in Supply Chain or Engineering is preferred
  • 1 or more years of experience in supply chain management / logistics experience Hazardous / HAZMA, Freight, or Chemical Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel / SharePoint Ability
  • SAP Experience preferred
  • DOT, IATA and IMDG certifications EXTREMELY preferred
  • ASCM Certifications preferred

A typical day as a Logistics Specialist may include :

  • Scheduling and coordinating all domestic and foreign outbound shipments.
  • Scheduling inbound shipments as needed.
  • Managing and performing cycle counts.
  • Investigating and resolving inconsistencies with inventory.
  • Administering and overseeing time clock, payroll information and PTO.
  • Analyzing and resolving discrepancies with orders, bills of lading, invoices, and other warehouse documentation.
  • Preparing and executing shipping, receiving, warehousing and material movement schedules.
  • Ensuring accuracy of warehouse and shipping data and records.
  • Serving as liaison between warehousing and other internal departments.
