What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operators-3rd Shift position at Nesco Resource?
Nesco Resource is seeking 3rd shift associates for our long-term client in Rochester Hills. The shift hours are 11 PM -7 AM and the pay rate is $16.00 hourly.
Associates are responsible for conducting tasks in a safe and efficient manner. This client manufactures small plastic automotive parts. Associates will be assembling pieces that are also assembled robotically. This is a long-term position for anyone who is looking to work hard and prove themselves. There is room for growth and opportunity for raises! Prior plastic injection molding experience is required.
Primary tasks are as follows:

- Operation of automated and manual production equipment
- Providing support to automated equipment, sorting, and packaging
- Completion of tasks to produce a quality product
- Perform assigned duties in an efficient and safe manner
- Participate in clean-up of work area at the end of shift, during the changeover
- Stock shelves and work area with components and dunnage as required.
- Participate and provide assistance in equipment change-over
- Complete appropriate documentation on a daily basis
