Job Title : Industrial Painter 2nd Shift

Shift : Evening / Night Shift (12-hour shifts)

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join the evening / night shift. In this role, you will operate spray painting and sandblasting equipment to apply protective coatings to various production and facility equipment.

Additional tasks, such as grinding, may also be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment and parts as directed.
• Help with equipment installation, demolition, and decontamination.
• Set up and operate ladders, scaffolding, ventilators, exhaust units, and other portable equipment according to safety protocols.
• Operate lifting and moving devices to access painting areas.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications :

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in the safe use of powered and manual tools.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to operate painting / sandblasting equipment.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling.
• Sufficient visual acuity and manual dexterity for job tasks.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs unassisted using proper techniques.
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings.
