A large organization in Albany, NY is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a 6-month contract!

Role Details :

  • Albany area Hybrid Northeast / East Coast Remote
  • $30-$34 / hr
  • Monday-Friday 8 : 00-5 : 00 (1-hour lunch)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees for multiple businesses
  • Check and audit timecards for accuracy
  • Enter bonus, relocation earnings, and other payroll adjustments in ADP; ensure accuracy of 401k and W-2 reported wages
  • Process new hires, terminations and status changes in ADP
  • Main employee records in ADP
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries using a ticket system
  • Review and analyze payroll processing procedures
  • Generate wage and overtime reports for various business units

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Certified Payroll Professional
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ADP eTime and ADP Reporting
  • Proficient in MS Excel
