RESPONSIBILITES:

RESPONSIBILITES:
- Always give their best effort and to alert their Group Leader, Production Supervisor and/or Manager
- Encouraged to take part in developing and designing new ways of doing their work in our continuous improvement program
- expected to come to work on time
- Produce an established quantity of quality product
- Maintain good housekeeping in their work area
- Avoid disruption of the workflow while practicing good safety habits.
- Support ladle filling, if necessary.
- Support ladle drossing and sampling.
- Clean ladles, per shift.
- Support the shuttle driver and the Level 2 Operator during breaks.
- Clean and sweep around the factory.
- Do daily checks as needed.
- Understanding of how ladle tracking system operates.
- Pick up and weigh ladles on scale
- Deliver and unload full and empty ladles
- Place in the staging area.
- Set empty ladle on Level 2 ladle drop off area.
- Check the level of fuel for the fork truck at the end of each day.
- Understanding of how ladle tracking system operates.
- Dross ladle and pull appropriate samples.
- Climb stairs, stand, sit, walk, stop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Drive a motor vehicle, operate mechanical equipment
- use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects
- office equipment or controls
- talk or hear; bend, and smell.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception and is required to view a PC monitor or electronic device for several hours at a time.
